S Style offers effortless returns to its customers.

Return Policy
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days for Casual Wear only.
- Item should be brought to the shop or picked up (pickup charges apply).
- Ramadan Collection: Return/exchange within 5 days only due to limited availability.
- Evening Wear: Return/exchange within 24 hours only.
- Sale Items: No exchange, no refund.
Please ensure items are returned in their original condition. Returns not meeting the conditions will not be accepted.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, unaltered, and in pristine condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- Items damaged, used, or returned without tags will not be accepted.
- Most returns accepted within 3 to 5 days, except evening wear (24 hours only).
- For Kuwait: Return to shop.
- International: Use same shipment service as delivery.
- Return must be from same location it was received.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately for a full refund.
Delays may result in ineligibility for refund.
Return Shipping
You may:
- Return the item to our shop
- Use our pickup service (one-time only – no-show cancels the request)
Repeated Returns
We monitor repeated return behavior. Accounts with frequent returns may be flagged, denied, or deactivated.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense and subject to customs procedures again.
- Refunds may take up to 14 working days depending on your bank.
